Church Property Advice
We welcome enquiries from all Churches and Chapels of whatever denomination, whose members require sympathetic property advice and guidance. This may include an existing church building and boundaries; a church hall; churchyard extension; potential acquisition sites; leased properties, such as shops and church offices; or property advice and guidance of a general nature.
We recognise that not all Churches have members with all the necessary property and professional skills which can sometimes be necessary when making an important decision. When we can, we aim to try and fill this gap. When there are unanswered questions outside our general area of expertise, we are usually able to recommend other like minded professionals.
